The S1 Pro includes a built-in air quality sensor that estimates CO₂ levels by analyzing changes in the surrounding air. This offers helpful insight into overall air quality trends, but remains an approximation rather than a direct measurement.

For accurate CO₂ monitoring, a dedicated CO₂ sensor is required. This add-on measures carbon dioxide directly, delivering true CO₂ readings with significantly higher accuracy, consistency, and long-term stability.

On the E1 Pro, this dedicated CO₂ sensor is required for any CO₂ measurement.
