We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in their original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@sensy-one.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days, minus a 20% restocking fee.

Please note:

  • The 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
